HAMDEN, Conn. - The Quinnipiac University cross country team team was ranked 12^th out of 15 teams in the United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association Northeast Regional Poll, released on Monday, Sept. 13. The Bobcats are coming off a second-place finish at the CCSU Blue Devil Invitational this weekend, just behind Providence College, and were the only Northeast Conference institution featured in the weekly poll.

Of the 15 schools at the CCSU Blue Devil Invitational, Quinnipiac finished ahead of NEC opponents Monmouth, Sacred Heart, Central Connecticut State and Bryant. The Bobcats will host the annual Quinnipiac Invitational on Saturday, Sept. 18 at 12 p.m. on the Mt. Carmel Campus of Quinnipiac University in Hamden, Conn.
