Before Quinnipiac: Attended Trumbull High School...Was a
four-year varsity letterwinner in cross country, indoor and outdoor
track...In her junior year, she ran the 5k in 19:38; the 800-meter
race in 2:22; and the 400-meter race in 60.1...Was named to the
All-FCIAC second team for cross country in 2007 and 2008...Was
named to the All-FCIAC first team for indoor and outdoor track in
2009...Was an All-State selectee in 2009.
