Sat out the season due to injury.
As a freshman:
Saw action in all but one match, and was
named Team MVP...finished second on the team in assists and service
aces...was third on the team in kills, kills per set, digs and
blocks...finished fourth on the team in blocks per set...had 10 or
more kills on eight separate occasions...totaled a season-high 15
kills against Bryant (10/8)...finished with 14 kills and a .600
hitting percentage at Delaware State (11/1)...compiled four assists
on six separate occasions...had 10 or more digs on 11 separate
occasions, including a season-high 18 against Providence
(10/4)...totaled 16 digs at Siena (10/29)...had a season-high three
blocks against Stony Brook (9/20)...named to the NEC Fall Academic
Honor Roll.
Before Quinnipiac:
A four-year varsity letter-winner at Second Baptist in
Houston ... a two-time Texas Association of Private and Parochial
Schools (TAPPS) First-Team All-District ... earned Second-Team
All-State while leading Second Baptist to the 2007 TAPPS 5A State
Championship as team captain ... was also honored on the
All-Tournament Team ... led Second Baptist to a 2005 State
Championship runner-up finish with an All-Tournament Team
performance ... also earned 2005 St. Mary's Hall All-Tournament
