As a Junior in 2010-09:
Indoor Track: Ran a season best time of 1:03.72 in the 400-meter run at the Dartmouth Indoor Classic on Feb. 6...Ran a personal best time of 1:20.67 in the 500-meter run at the 2010 NEICAAA Indoor Track & Field Championships on Feb. 26... Competed in the 4,000-meter Distance Medley, 400-meter leg, in a personal-best time of 12:17.63 at the 2010 NEICAAA Indoor Track & Field Championships...Ran a season best and school record of 4:10.72 at the 4x400-meter relay at the 2010 NEICAAA Indoor Track & Field Championships.
Outdoor Track:
Competed in the 400-meter hurdles at the NEC Championships in 1:08.49, a personal best...Finished the 800-meter run at the UConn Women's Select on April 17, with a personal-best time of 2:24.49...Competed in the 4x400-meter relay at the NEC Championships, where she ran a season best and set a school record with a time of 4:10.72.

As a sophomore in 2009-10:
Earned a spot on the NEC Winter and Spring Academic Rolls.
Indoor Track: Ran the 400-meter run at the NEC Championships in 1:05.62 for a season-best time.
Outdoor Track: Competed at the Monmouth Season Opener on March 27, where she participated in the 400-meter hurdles and finished in a season-best time of 29.43...Finished the 400-meter hurdles in 1:10.77, a season best, at the Yale Springtime Invitational on April 26.

Before Quinnipiac:
Three sport standout at Eastern Regional High School...Played soccer and basketball in addition to track & field...All-Conference First Team selection in the 400m hurdles in 2006...All-Conference Second Team pick in soccer...was class historian for three years...Soccer team won 2004 Olympic Conference Championship and 2006 New Jersey Group IV State Championship.
