White Places Ninth At ECAC Championships
BOSTON,
Mass. - Quinnipiac University women's indoor track sophomore Becca
White (Natick, Mass.) placed ninth in the 5,000-meter run at the
2011 ECAC Division I Women's Indoor Track and Field Championships
on Saturday, March 5. The meet was held at the Reggie Lewis Track
and Athletic Center in Boston, Mass.
White finished the 5k in a season-best time of 17:20.59. She
placed second in her heat and ninth overall.
"I couldn't be happier," said Quinnipiac Head Coach Carolyn
Martin. "Becca ran a great race and I'm really excited to see her
perform in the outdoor season."
