Amanda Bilas Featured In Marshfield Mariner
Amanda Bilas (Marshfield, Mass.) of the Quinnipiac Women's
soccer team was featured in her hometown newspaper, The Marshfield
Mariner, recently. The feature, written by Ryan Wood, highlights
the senior defender's successful four-year career as a starter for
the Bobcats.
Bilas played in 15 games this season, before suffering a
season-ending injury against Harvard on Oct. 25, as she helped lead
Quinnipiac to its second-consecutive appearance in the Northeast
Conference Tournament. The Bobcats tied St. Francis (Pa.), 2-2, in
the semi-finals and were eliminated from post-season play on
penalty kicks.
