Before Quinnipiac: Graduated from Minnetonka High School after a standout career…Named the 2013 Let’s Play Hockey Senior Goalie of the Year, presented annually to the top Minnesota senior goalie in girls’ high school hockey…Three-time USA Hockey National Development Camp Selection earned an invite to the United States National Women’s U-18 Team Selection Camp in August 2012 as one of only three goalies…One of the state’s top goalies in her four seasons, Rossman posted outstanding numbers for the Skippers with a 16-3 record, 1.13 goals-against average and .937 save percentage through 2012-13…She allowed one or fewer goals in 14 of her 19 stars, including four shutouts in her senior season…Minnesota’s top-ranked goalie for the past three years in the Minnesota Hockey Reebok High Performance Program, Rossman backstopped the Skippers to the 2012 and 2013 Class AA state title and was the backup to the 2011 Senior Goalie of the Year during Minnetonka’s first state championship season…Named team captain for the 2012-13 season…Also distinguished with All-Conference honors in 2012-13 and 2011-12, MGHCA All-State honors in 2012-13, Associated Press All-State honors in 2012-13, Star Tribune All-Metro in 2012-13, Hobey Baker Award winner in 2012-13, Academic All-State in 2012-13, and Minnesota All-Tournament Team in 2013 and 2012…Among her most-distinguishing moments occurred in the 2013 Minnesota Class AA semifinal matchup as her team outlasted Lakeville North, 4-3, in a record-setting six overtimes…The game represented the longest in the history of the Minnesota tournament as Rossman made 49 saves to preserve the semifinal victory that later catapulted Minnetonka to the 2013 state championship…Her junior season was just as dominate as she finished the year with an 18-3-1 record, 1.19 goals-against average and .943 save percentage to go along with five shutouts…She posted a 6-0 record, 0.65 goals-against average and .972 save percentage during the State Tournament, including a shutout of Roseville in the 2012 Class AA State Championship…Graduated from Minnetonka a member of the National Honor Society and also participated with the Tonka Leadership Challenge and volunteered with It’s Your Choice and Dinomights Inner City Youth Hockey.
