ECAC Hockey Quarterfinals Game 2
The No.6-seeded Quinnipiac women's ice hockey team (18-14-2) (12-8-2 ECAC Hockey) takes on No. 3-seeded Clarkson (21-9-5) (15-5-2 ECAC Hockey) in Game 2 of the ECAC Hockey Quarterfinals on Saturday, Feb. 25 at 4 p.m. The Bobcats' 4-1 upset victory over the Golden Knights in Game 1 on Friday night sent shockwaves through the league and landed Quinnipiac on the front page of USCHO.com.

Friday Night Recap
The Bobcats came ready to play on Friday evening, catching the Golden Knights off-guard with three goals within the first seven minutes of the game. Freshman forward Nicole Kosta (Mississauga, Ontario) led the charge with two goals and an assist, while sophomore forwards Erica Uden Johansson (Sundsvall, Sweden) and Kelly Babstock (Mississauga, Ontario) each potted one goal apiece. Uden Johansson (two assists) and Babstock (one assist) each provided the opportunity for Kosta on the game-winning goal, while junior defender Felica Vieweg (Port Orange, Fla.) and senior defender Bethany Dymarczyk (Hamden, Conn.) were each credited with an assist on the game's first goal. Junior goaltender Victoria Vigilanti (Woodbridge, Ontario) played a solid game net, making a game-high 25 saves, keeping the Golden Knights off the board through the first 54 minutes of action.

The top two seeds of the tournament each won their respective Game 1 contests, as No. 1-seeded Cornell defeated No. 8-seeded Brown, 4-2, and No. 2-seeded Harvard downed No. 7-seeded Princeton, 5-3. In the remaining Quarterfinals matchup, No. 5-seeded St. Lawrence upset No. 4-seeded Dartmouth in overtime, 4-3.
