January 26, 2010 HAMDEN, Conn. - Quinnipiac University women's ice hockey sophomore Bethany Dymarczyk (Hamden, Conn.) was featured in today's edition of the New Haven Register. The Register intern and Quinnipiac baseball senior Todd DeFrancesco (North Haven, Conn.) describes Dymarczyk's contributions on the ice and her desire to help lead the Bobcats to the ECAC Hockey playoffs for the first time in program history in the article entitled "Bobcats making push for tournament spot."

The women's hockey team returns to action this weekend when they travel to Rensselaer and Union for their first ECAC Hockey match-ups since Jan. 8 and 9. The Bobcats will take on the Engineers on Friday at 7 p.m. and will face the Dutchwomen on Saturday at 4 p.m.
