The first-year Bobcat tied for 19th place with a +9, 81, tied with former Bobcat Krissy Unger. Emily Ribbins (Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands) was tied for 42nd, with a +13 85.

"It was an extremely windy and very cold day. We were dealing with wind gusts of up to 35 miles per hour, " head coach John O'Connor said. "It was also the first time that the team was on the course this spring. Nicole's [Scola] performance today, with an 81, stands out. Emily [Ribbins] shot an 85, which I think is great for her first time out this season.

Jenn Whaley (Farmington, Conn.) shot a 91 for a tie of 63rd place while Jennifer Forlenza (Wayne, N.J.) was 71st with a 95. Alexa Gentile (Avon, Conn.) was tied for 72nd with a 97.

"Some of the athletes had a tough day," O'Connor added. "I think playing for the first time this year, in rough conditions, made it very difficult for them. The weather is supposed to be nice tomorrow, so I'm hopeful that that will help.
