As a freshman: Appeared in 49 games for the Bobcats, starting 44 of them...Was first on the team with 23 runs...Ranked third on the team with 34 hits...Hit one double and contributed 2 RBI's...Led the Bobcats with 16 stolen bases on the year.

Before Quinnipiac: Played softball and ran track all four years for Bishop Amat High School in La Puente, Calif...Also played for the Firecracker Gold-Ristow Amateur Softball team...Led her high school and travel teams in steals and runs, and has been clocked running from home plate to first base in 2.6 seconds...Invited to compete in the ASA Nationals in Oklahoma in August of 2008 where she scored seven runs and stole four bases...Was an Arroyo Tournament Champion for softball in 2009…Was a Cif D3 4x1 Relay Track and Field Champion…Was named All-Cif in the 200-meter dash…Named to the Bishop Amat High School Hall of Fame for her athletic and academic accolades.
