      <description>MOON TOWNSHIP, Pa. - Due to inclement weather, the remainder of the 2011 Northeast Conference Softball Tournament has been cancelled. The Championship game between the No. 3 seed Quinnipiac and second-seeded Sacred Heart has been cancelled after it was suspended in the fourth inning yesterday due to poor weather conditions and darkness. Sacred Heart is declared the 2011 NEC Champion and earns a NCAA Tournament bid based on its 2-0 tournament record. The Bobcats end their season at 32-26 overall. Additionally, freshman Jordan Paolucci (Lake Mary, Fla.) and junior Mina Duffy (Piedmont, Calif.) were named to the 2011 All-Tournament team.</description>
