As a Sophomore in 2012: Provided the Bobcats with great depth as he finished with the third-best time on the team three times and never finished worse than sixth all season…Began the year with a 19th place result at the Stony Brook Invitational after a time of 20:38.52…Started a string of three straight races where he finished as the third-fastest Bobcat first with the Nassaney Memorial Race as he crossed the line in 27:05.5, good enough for 35th overall out of 125…Followed up with a new personal-best time of 26:11.80 at the New England Championships and finished third on the team again at the Princeton Invitational with another strong time of 26:24…Came through with perhaps his greatest race of the 2012 season as he posted a 21st place finish in the overall standings at the NEC Championships with a time of 26:12.27…Capped his 2012 campaign with a time of 34:47.1 in the NCAA Regional.

As a Freshman in 2011: Participated in seven races for the Bobcats…Was the fastest Quinnipiac runner in the Central Connecticut Cross Country Mini-Meet on Oct. 21 with 15:52…Ran the NCAA Northeast Regionals on Nov. 12 in 37:03…Finished in 37th place at the Northeast Conference Championship on Oct. 21 with a time of 28:10.60…Competed in the New England Championships and finished with a season-best 27:49 on Oct. 8…Placed 35th at the Monmouth Invitational on Sep. 17 with 27:56.9…Finished the Fordham University Invitational in 28:53.07, good for 112th place…Placed 11th at the Stony Brook Invitational on Sep. 3.

Before Quinnipiac: Attended Branford High School, where he ran on the varsity cross country, indoor and outdoor track teams for all four years.
