Before Quinnipiac: Attended Shelton High School where he ran varsity track and cross country…Led Shelton’s cross country and track programs to undefeated seasons in his high school career (100-0)…Was named Scholar Athlete of the Month…Ran a 4:29 mile and two miles in 9:30.
