Finished 40th overall at the Seawolves Invitational with a time of 19:11.29...ran a 28:38.9 at the Quinnipiac Invitational to finish in 21st place...finished 47th at the Northeast Conference Championships with a time of 28:19.4..

As a Sophomore in 2006 (Indoor Track):
Set a personal record in the 800m (1:08.95) at the Terrier Invitational on Jan. 27...competed in the 500m (1:10.23) at the NEC Championships on Feb. 10...competed in the 500m (1:08.44) at the New England Championships on Feb. 23...ran the 400m leg on the DMR team which ran the second fastest time in school history (10:04.09) at the IC4A Championships on Mar. 3.

As a Sophomore In 2006 (Cross Country):
Finished 63rd overall and 18th on the team in 29:34.2 at the Quinnipiac Invitational on Sept. 22.

As a Freshman in 2005 (Outdoor Track):
Ran a leg on the second-place 4x400m relay team (3:35.52) at the Holy Cross Invitational on Apr. 25...ran a leg on the fourth-place 4x400m relay team (3:31.06) that posted a season-best time at the Yale Springtime Invitational on Apr. 30...placed sixth in his heat of the 800m (2:05.64) at the NEC Championships on May 6 and ran a leg on the 4x400m relay team (3:31.43) the following day at the same championship meet...competed in the 400m (53.42) at the New England Championships on May 12.

As a Freshman in 2005 (Indoor Track):
Finished fourth in his heat of the 500m (1:09.63) at the NEC Championships on Feb. 11 and ran a leg on the 4x400 relay team that placed fourth in its heat with a time of 3:39.64...set a personal record in the 500m (1:08.17) at the New England Championships on Feb. 24... ran the 400m leg on the DMR Team that placed 19th (10:18.17) at the IC4A Championships on Mar. 5.

As a Freshman in 2005 (Cross Country):
Finished 96th overall (20:26.11) and 14th on the team at the Stony Brook Invitational on Sept. 2...placed 72nd overall (30:54.5) and 20th on the team at the Quinnipiac Invitational on Sept. 23.

Before Quinnipiac:
Ran cross country and track all four years at Shawnee High School...made the all-conference team in cross country...recipient of the Olympic Conference Sportsmanship Award...a member of the Woodbury Relay 4x800 championship squad.
