Former Quinnipiac All-American Graciano Brito begins his second season on the sideline with the Bobcats’ coaching staff. Brito, arguably one of the best players to graduate from QU, brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Bobcats’ men’s soccer program.
Back in 2008, Brito wrapped up a stellar four-year stint with the Bobcats. In his final season, Brito became the fifth player in Northeast Conference history to earn back-to-back Player of the Year honors. The three-time captain was tabbed to the All-American team twice and named one of ESPN SoccerNet’s Top Forwards at the conclusion of his career. He ranks second on Quinnipiac’s All-Time Scoring (40) and All-Time Point (92) lists.
Originally from Sao Nicolau, Cape Verde, Brito earned a degree in international business upon his graduation in 2008. He currently resides in Hamden, Conn.
