Regular Season Final Weekend
The Quinnipiac men's soccer team (6-8-0) (4-4-0 NEC) kicks off the final weekend of the regular season when it travels to face Sacred Heart (8-4-4) (4-1-3 NEC) on Friday, Nov. 4 at 7 p.m. The Bobcats then host St. Francis (N.Y.) (9-4-3) (4-2-2 NEC) on Sunday, Nov. 6 at 1 p.m. Prior to Sunday's contest, Quinnipiac will honor its four graduating seniors with an on-field ceremony. 

Senior Day Sunday
Prior to Sunday's match, Quinnipiac will honor seniors William Cavallo (Londonderry, N.H.), Durval Pereira (Cheshire, Conn.), Matthew Rothbart (Cheshire, Conn.) and Brett Uttley (Jamestown, R.I.) as they will be playing in their final regular-season home games of their career.

About Sacred Heart
The Pioneers are coming off a 1-1 tie against St. Francis (N.Y.) on Monday, Oct. 31.  Junior striker Justin Brewer scored the lone goal for Sacred Heart in the 3rd minute on a header off a corner kick to give the Pioneers the 1-0 advantage at the time. Senior goalkeeper Alex Fait made a game-high nine saves in net for Sacred Heart. Overall, the Pioneers are led by junior Marcello Castro (five goals) and junior Brian Francolini's (three goals, four assists) 10 points, followed by Brewer's (three goals, three assists) nine points. Fait has accumulated a .842 save percentage to go along with a .72 goals against average. 

All-Time Against The Pioneers
Friday's contest will be the 13th time the two sides face each other, as Quinnipiac holds a commanding 10-2 all-time series lead. In their last meeting on October 22, 2010, the Bobcats came away with a 2-0 shutout victory. Junior defender William Cavallo (Londonderry, N.H.) and sophomore forward Philip Suprise (Milwaukee, Wisc.) each scored first-half goals for Quinnipiac which saw it knock off the top team in the NEC. Sophomore goalkeeper Josh Lavallee (Upland, Calif.) made five saves in goal for the Bobcats. 

About St. Francis (N.Y.)
The Terriers are coming off a 1-1 tie against Sacred Heart on Monday, Oct. 31. Sophomore midfielder John Johansson  netted St. Francis (N.Y.) only goal of the afternoon, while junior goalkeeper Tyler Clarhaut made six saves in net. Overall, sophomore Gabriel Bagot leads the squad with 19 points (eight goals, three assists), followed by junior Adam Mabdj's 13 points (four goals, five assists). In goal, Clarhaut has accumulated a .800 save percentage to go along with a .74 goals against average. 

All-Time Against The Terriers
Sunday's contest will be the 14th time the two sides have faced each other, as St. Francis (N.Y.) holds the all-time series lead with a 5-3-5 record. In their last meeting on October 29, 2010, the Terriers won 2-0. Freshman James Caicedo and senior Nick Baum each scored for the Terriers. 

Last Time Out
Quinnipiac fell to Long Island, 1-0, on Tuesday, Nov. 1 in a rescheduled game played at Yale's Reese Stadium. Despite scoring chances on both sides in the first half, the teams entered the locker rooms scoreless. Long Island grabbed the 1-0 lead in the 66th minute of play as freshman Kory Leis headed in his first goal of the season. 

Quigley Finds His Groove
Sophomore midfielder Tim Quigley (Ridgefield, Conn.) stepped up to score two huge goals for the Bobcats in their 2-1 victory over Central Connecticut on Friday, Oct. 28. Quigley netted his first goal in the 42nd minute of play before tallying a second score in the 67th minute of action. 

Season-High Saves
Freshman goalkeeper Borja Angoitia (Bilbao, Spain) made a season-high 10 saves in net for Quinnipiac on Friday, Oct. 28 against Central Connecticut.
