Senior captains Kevin Benzing (Severna Park, Md.), Christian Haggerty (West Nyack, N.Y.) and Jake Glebocki (Wilbraham, Mass.) were extended the honor, which acknowledges the graduating seniors from their respective schools, who have earned over a 3.0 grade point average and have excelled on the field.</description>

The six Rookie of the Week awards are easily the most by an NEC freshman in the two years of the honor, tripling the prior high of two, established by two different players last season and Bryant's Dan Sipperly this season. Benzing's three honors are also the most by any defensive player this season.</description>
