Men's Lacrosse Ranks Fifth In Latest NEILA Poll

HAMDEN, Conn. – The Quinnipiac men's lacrosse team is ranked No. 5 in the latest Turfer Athletic/New England Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association Coaches Poll, the organization announced Monday. The Bobcats jump three spots after winning their season opener, Saturday at Wagner.

Brown tops the list at No. 1, while UMass, Dartmouth and Harvard took the second, third and fourth spots in the poll. Following the Bobcats are intrastate foes Sacred Heart, Yale and Fairfield.

The Bobcats return to action Saturday, when they travel to Jamaica, N.Y. to challenge St. John's. The game is scheduled to start at 1 p.m. at DaSilva Memorial Field.
