AS A JUNIOR IN 2008-09:
Was the unanimous selection following the 2007-08 season as the team’s captain for the upcoming season…Also awarded the team’s 7th Player Award, given to an individual who has shown the most growth as a member of the men’s ice hockey team in his time at Quinnipiac,  the Coaches Award, given to the student-athlete who exemplifies everything that Quinnipiac men’s hockey embodies, and the inaugural Academic Award for carrying the team’s highest grade-point average…He reached personal-bests in goals (13), assists (14) and points (27)…Had a goal and an assist against Union at the Mutual of Omaha Stampede in a 6-5 loss on Oct. 17...Had one assist against AIC on Oct. 18 in a 4-1 win...Had one assist in a 4-1 win over Connecticut on  11/1...Had one assist in 4-2 win over Clarkson on 11/18...Scored against St. Lawrence in a 5-2 win on 11/22...Scored once against Providence in a 5-2 win on 12/5...Had an assist in Quinnipiac’s 4-3 win over Merrimack on 12/29 at the Toyota UConn Hockey Classic...Scored twice in Quinnipiac’s 5-2 win over Harvard on 1/2... As a Sophomore in 2007–08:
Played in 32 games for Quinnipiac in 2007-08...Continued his consistent play on the penalty kill for the Bobcats last season...Ranked among the national leaders in shorthanded goals (4)...An ECAC Hockey All-Academic Team selection...Totaled career-highs in goals (9), assists (13) and points (22)...Had seven multiple-point games...Was one of five Bobcats, along with Eric Lampe, Bryan Leitch, Jamie Bates and Ben Nelson, to record two multiple-goal games...Scored his first goal of the season against then-ranked #8 Clarkson in a 3-2 win on 11/9...Scored his first shortie on 11/10 in a 2-2 tie with St. Lawrence...His first multi-point game came on 11/16 with a goal and one assists against Princeton in a 4-0 win...Scored a career-high two goals against Union on 11/30 in a loss...Totaled three assists in two games as he was named to the Sheraton/TD Banknorth Catamount Cup All-Tournament team...Had one assist against Western Michigan in a 2-1 win before assisting on a pair of goals in a 4-1 win over host Vermont in the Catamount Cup championship...During Quinnipiac’s 10-game unbeaten streak, the longest in the school’s Division I history, he led the Bobcats with 10 assists while ranking second in points (13)...Scored multiple points in five of six games from 12/30 through 1/19...Had an assist against Harvard in a 3-3 tie on 1/4...Scored twice, including the game-winner,  and added another assist as he logged a season-high three points against Dartmouth in a 5-3 win on 1/6...Had a goal and an assist against Brown in a 6-3 win on 1/11...Assisted on two goals against Yale on 1/12 in a 3-0 win...Also had a pair of assists against Holy Cross on 1/19...Scored once against Niagara in a 5-3 loss on 1/26...Had one assist against Yale on 2/8...Had one assist against Cornell on 2/22.

As a Freshman in 2006–07:

Suited up in all 40 games for the Bobcats...Emerged as one of the team’s top penalty killers...An ECAC Hockey All-Academic Team selection...Capped off the year with 19 points (eight goals, 11 assists)...Netted two short-handed goals...Scored his first collegiate point on an assist in the win over Robert Morris on 10/14...Netted his first collegiate goal, a short-handed tally, in the tie with RPI on 11/4...Scored one goal and set up another in the tie with RPI on 12/8...Registered an assist in the win at Princeton on 1/6...Scored his second short-handed goal of the year and added an assist in the win over Brown on 1/12...Found the back of the net for the second night in a row in the win at Yale on 1/13...Scored two goals and assisted on another in the weekend series at Niagara on 1/19–20...Had a goal in Friday’s game and a goal and an assist in Saturday’s contest...Named ECAC Hockey Rookie of the Week for his efforts in the series at Niagara...Assisted on a goal in the win over Holy Cross on 1/28... Handed out three assists in the win over Bentley on 2/6...Scored a goal in the game with Dartmouth on 2/9...Assisted on a goal in the win over AIC on 2/13... Recorded an assist in the win over Union on 3/3...Scored a goal in the ECAC Hockey Championship Game against Clarkson.

Before Quinnipiac:

Played four seasons with the Bonnyville Pontiacs of the Alberta Junior Hockey League...Closed the 2005–06 season with 65 points (25 goals, 40 assists) in just 50 games...Notched 44 points (25 goals, 19 assists) in 2004–05 and 54 points (23 goals, 31 assists) in 2003–04...Finished his Bonnyville career with 166 points (73 goals, 93 assists)...Member of the AJHL All-Star Team.
