Since joining ECAC Hockey for the 2006-07 season, the Bobcats hold an 12-5 career record in postseason play. The Bobcats have yet to lose a First Round game, posting a 7-0 record over their first three seasons in ECAC Hockey. Quinnipiac continued their run, knocking off St. Lawrence, 4-0, in the semifinals before falling to Clarkson in the Championship Game, 4-2. Quinnipiac led in that game, 2-0, heading into the third period. It was the last time Quinnipiac lost after leading after two periods.
