Toyota UConn Hockey Classic Championship Game
The first round of the UConn Hockey Classic produced two overtime games, with the Quinnipiac men's ice hockey team and No. 11 Air Force advancing to the Championship Game on Tuesday, Dec. 30 at 7:15 p.m. at Mark E. Freitas Ice Forum in Storrs, Conn. The Bobcats trailed Merrimack 2-0 after the first period, but came all the way back to win in overtime on a goal by Brandon Wong. Air Force also led 2-0 before a pair of unanswered goals by the host Huskies force overtime. The Falcons won in a shootout, 3-2. A live video feed by B2TV.com will be available for the game in addition to live audio and live stats.

All-Time Against Air Force
Quinnipiac is 3-6-0 all-time against Air Force. The Falcons have won the last three meetings between the two teams, including a weekend sweep last season. The Bobcats are 2-0 all-time at home against the Falcons, with their last win coming on Oct. 11, 2003 when Quinnipiac won 4-3 in overtime at the Northford Ice Pavillion.

Last Time Out
Quinnipiac defeated Merrimack in the first game of the Toyota Uconn Hockey Classic, 4-3, in overtime to advance to the Championship Game against Air Force. The Bobcats used goals by Eric Lampe, David Marshall, Yuri Bouharevich and Brandon Wong to down the Warriors while Bud Fisher stopped 28 shots in net for the victory.

No Booing Him
Freshman wing Yuri Bouharevich scored his first career goal in Monday afternoon's win over Merrimack.

Chart Topper
Bryan Leitch is currently ranked first in NCAA Division I hockey in points per game (1.53), assists (19) and assists per game (1.27). Leitch has totaled four goals in addition to his 19 assists for 23 points in 15 games.

David is Goliath
David Marshall currently leads Quinnipiac with eight goals, good for 19th in the country at 0.53 per game. Marshall scored his 59th of his career against Merrimack. One more would make him just the 10th player all-time at Quinnipiac to scored 60 goals and the fourth since Quinnipiac joined the Division I ranks. Quinnipiac's DI record for career goals is 67 by Chris Cerella.
