HAMDEN, Conn. - Quinnipiac University men's basketball junior forward Justin Rutty (Newburgh, N.Y.) has been named among the top 36 players at mid-major Division I colleges by CollegeInsider.com, the website today announced. Rutty joined a group of 11 players honorably mentioned, while the top 25 players earned Preseason Mid-Major All-America Team recognition. The selections were made by the CollegeInsider.com staff, with the help of a group of Division I coaches and NBA scouts.

Rutty enjoyed a breakout sophomore season in which he established himself as one of the nation's best rebounders, particularly on the offensive glass.
