Acrobatics & Tumbling Fall Clinic
The Quinnipiac Acrobatics & Tumbling team will host its fall clinic on Saturday, Nov. 26, with sign-ups beginning at 12 p.m. The clinic will involve teaching proper warm-up and conditioning exercises, as well as educating athletes the proper progression of tumbling, acrobatics and stunting skills. This year’s clinic is open to young women between the ages of 13-18, with the pre-registration deadline set for November 18.

Acrobatics & Tumbling Finishes Third In Four Individual NCATA Championship Heats
The Quinnipiac acrobatics & tumbling team finished its inaugural National Collegiate Acrobatics & Tumbling Association's National Championship weekend by placing third in four of the five individual rounds in which it competed on Saturday evening at Matthews Arena. Oregon led all schools with six individual championships, followed by Maryland's four individual championships. Fairmont State, Azusa Pacific and Baylor each took home one individual championship.

The Quinnipiac women's acrobatics & tumbling team travels to Eugene, Ore. to take part in the first-ever National Collegiate Acrobatics & Tumbling Association National Championships, beginning on Thursday, Apr. 7 and lasting until Saturday, Apr. 9. Quinnipiac faces No. 3 Azusa Pacific at 8 p.m. (ET) in its first round head-to-head matchup.

The nationally-ranked No. 5 Quinnipiac acrobatics & tumbling team's valiant effort against No. 1 Maryland fell short, as the Bobcats were defeated by the Terrapins, 285.980 ? 279.786, on Saturday afternoon at the TD Bank Sports Center. Quinnipiac defeated the National Collegiate Acrobatics & Tumbling Association's top program in the first three events of the afternoon, but was unable to hold on to victory in its final home meet of the season. The Bobcats fall to 1-5 on the season, while Maryland improves to a perfect 8-0.

Acrobatics & Tumbling Hosts Maryland On Saturday At 11 AM
The nationally-ranked No. 5 Quinnipiac acrobatics & tumbling team hosts its final National Collegiate Acrobatics & Tumbling Association meet of the season against No. 1 Maryland on Saturday, Mar. 26 at 11 a.m. at the TD Banks Sports Center. Prior to the meet, Quinnipiac will honor its four seniors with a rose ceremony.

The nationally-ranked No. 5 Quinnipiac acrobatics & tumbling team fell to No. 2 Oregon, in what was the Bobcat's first-ever National Collegiate Acrobatics & Tumbling Association home meet on Monday night at the TD Bank Sports Center. Quinnipiac fought hard to compete with one of the country's top programs, but lost by a score of 289.204 ? 281.669. The loss drops Quinnipiac's overall record to 1-4 on the season, while Oregon improves to a perfect 5-0 on the year.

Acrobatics & Tumbling Finishes Third At Azusa Pacific Tri-Meet
Competing in its first tri-meet event of the season and third event overall during the 2010-11 campaign, the No. 3 Quinnipiac acrobatics & tumbling team finished third out of three teams on Saturday afternoon at the Cougar Dome. The Bobcats combined total of 265.14 was not enough to defeat either No. 5 Fairmont State or No. 6 Azusa Pacific, which put together combined totals of 273.53 and 274.86, respectively.

The Quinnipiac acrobatics & tumbling team earned its first National Collegiate Acrobatics & Tumbling Association victory of the season in come from behind fashion, defeating preseason coaches' poll No. 3 Fairmont State on Sunday afternoon at the Comcast Center in College Park, Md. The Bobcats ended their opening weekend on a high note, as they upset the Falcons with an overall score of 264.304 - 263.379.

The Quinnipiac acrobatics & tumbling team exceeded expectations by winning two of six total events, which included earning a perfect score of 27.45 in the pyramid portion, in its first meet of the season against Maryland on Saturday night. While the Bobcats were defeated by the slimmest of margins, with an overall final score of 267.031 ? 265.208, the team gave preseason coaches' poll No. 1 Maryland all it could handle in its impressive season debut.

The Quinnipiac Acrobatics & Tumbling team will travel to College Park, Md. to compete in its first National Collegiate Acrobatics & Tumbling Association meet of the season on Saturday, Dec. 4 at 6 p.m. against preseason coaches' poll No. 1 Maryland and again on Sunday, Dec. 5 at 1 p.m. against No. 3 Fairmont State.

NCSTA Member Schools Announce Name Change To Stunts and Tumbling
The National Collegiate Stunts and Tumbling Association (NCSTA) is pleased to announce the official name of their sport (formerly Competitive Cheer) as voted by the member universities as Stunts and Tumbling. The name Stunts and Tumbling promotes the sport's standardization at the intercollegiate level.
