HAMDEN, Conn. – TD Bank Sports Center host the Quinnipiac Athletics Hall of Fame Ceremy on Saturday, Nov. 10, 2012. The event saw eight former student-athletes, two head coaches and two teams become the lastest honorees in the Quinnipiac Athletics Hall of Fame. Master of Ceremonies Bill Schweizer welcomed the crowd of family and friends of each inductee before introducing Quinnipiac President John L. Lahey and Director of Athletics and Recreation Jack McDonald. With this year’s class, the Hall of Fame will now feature 124 former student-athletes, 11 head coaches and administrators and eight teams.

"On behalf of Quinnipiac and the Department of Athletics and Recreation, I want to congratulate our 2012 Hall of Fame Inductees and teams," Director of Athletics and Recreation Jack McDonald said. "I also want to thank the Athletic Advisory Board for nominating and selecting these outstanding inductees."

The induction ceremony and reception will take place at in the basketball side of the TD Bank Sports Center and will begin at 4:00 PM.
