American Idol Contestant And North Haven Native Gabi Carrubba To Sing National Anthem At Women's Basketball's NEC Tournament Game Against Mount St. Mary's On Saturday, March 3

American Idol contestant Gabi Carrubba, a native of North Haven, Conn. will sing the National Anthem prior to the start of the women's basketball team's NEC Tournament game against Mount St. Mary's on Saturday, March 3 at 2 p.m.

Carrubba was chosen as one of the first 200 contestants to advance to American Idol's Hollywood Week. Carrubba will be available prior to the start of the game to sign autograph's in the TD Bank Sports Center's lobby.

Quinnipiac women's basketball and Mount St. Mary's will tip-off at 2 p.m. at the TD Bank Sports Center in the first game of the 2012 Northeast Conference Tournament Quarterfinals. The first 200 fans at Saturday's game will receive a FREE T-SHIRT and FREE CHICKEN FINGERS at halftime.
