The Quinnipiac field hockey team will travel to Cambridge, Mass. on Sunday, Oct. 30 to take on the Harvard Crimson in a non-conference match-up at Jordan Field at 2 p.m.

Quinnipiac defeated Brown, 3-2, on Friday, Sept. 26 at the Quinnipiac Field Hockey Turf Complex in Hamden, Conn. Danielle Allan scored in her third straight game, while Haley Swartz scored her first career goal. Christa Romano had the game-winner.
Taylor and Allan
With a goal against American and Brown, Danielle Allan joins Jennalise Taylor as the only two players in the Bobcats to score in three straight games.
May The Swartz Be With You
Freshman Haley Swartz scored her first career goal, off a pass from Jennalise Taylor, in the Bobcats' 3-2 win against Brown on Friday. Swartz joins classmates Meghan McCullough, Ashleigh Allen and junior Christa Romano as the fourth player this season to score their first career goal.
Against Brown on Wednesday, Nicole Lewis stopped three shots in goal to make her the fourth Bobcat goalkeeper in program history to reach 300 career saves.
All-Time Against Harvard
Quinnipiac and Harvard have played twice since Quinnipiac joined the Division I ranks for the 1998-99 season. Harvard won the first meeting, 1-0 in 1999, before Quinnipiac won the last match-up, 4-3, in Hamden.

The Crimson is led by sophomores Noel Painter and Caitlin Rea. Painter leads the team with nine points on four goals and one assist, while Rea has added four helpers and one score. In goal, senior Cynthia Tassopoulos has made five starts and junior Jenn Hatfield has received the starting nod on two occasions. Tassopoulos enters the weekend with a 1.74 goals against average and .816 save percentage, while Hatfield has allowed 2.49 tallies per game and owns a .750 save percentage.
Next Up For The Bobcats
Quinnipiac will open Northeast Conference play when it travels to Fairfield, Conn. to take on Sacred Heart on Sunday, Oct. 7 at 12 p.m. The Bobcats return home the following week to host a pair of NEC opponents. Monmouth comes to town on Friday, Oct. 12 at 3 p.m. followed by Rider on Sunday, Oct. 14 at 12 p.m.
