One For The Rhode
The Quinnipiac University field hockey team will head to Smithfield, R.I. for a Northeast Conference match-up against the Bulldogs of Bryant University - the NEC's newest conference member. Quinnipiac is 4-10 overall and 3-2 in the Northeast Conference with three wins in their last four NEC games, including back-to-back wins against Sacred Heart and Monmouth last week. Bryant enters the weekend with a record of 4-10 and 1-4 in NEC play. The Bulldogs play at Siena on Friday, Oct. 23.

Back To Back
Kaitlyn Notarianni has scored in back-to-back games for the Bobcats after totaling the game-winner against Monmouth on Oct. 18 and again against Yale on Oct. 22.

Still Not Bad
Jenna Grossman stopped a season-high 14 shots in goal against Yale on Thursday. It was the second-highest save total of her career after she stopped 15 against Connecticut during her freshman year. Including Thursday's game, she now has seven games, out of 65 for her career, in which she has stopped 12 or more shots in a game. In fact, Grossman has 17 double-digit saves games to her career, and a career-best six this season.

Scouting Bryant University
Bryant is 4-10 overall and 1-4 in the NEC with their only conference winning coming on Oct. 2 against Robert Morris (4-0). Courtney Landi leads the Bulldogs in goals (6) and points (13) while Elise Boisoneau and Katherine Andrusin lead Bryant with three assists apiece. Kundayi Mawema has played the majority of the Bulldogs minutes in goal, posting a 2.81 goals-against average and a .750 save percentage.
