Quinnipiac resumes its Spring Trip at Duke on Tuesday, Mar. 11 and High Point on Wednesday, Mar. 12. The Bobcats and Blue Devils square-off at Jack Coombs Field in Durham, N.C. at 3 p.m. on Tuesday while High Point hosts Quinnipiac at Coy O. Williard Stadium in High Point, N.C. at 4 p.m.

Quinnipiac dropped two of three games at the University of Richmond this past weekend. The Bobcats took the first game of the series, 6-1, before falling 5-4 in 10 innings and 6-5 in a doubleheader on Sunday, Apr. 9. Thomas Jankins picked up his first win of the season after holding the Spiders to one run on five hits over seven innings. Matt DeRosa made two appearances, pitching two scoreless, hitless innings for the weekend. Vincent Guglietti and Rob Pescitelli had a team-high four hits over the three-game series, with Guglietti driving in two runs and scoring three more. Pescitelli had two triples, three RBI and two runs scored for the three-game series. Ryan Nelson also drove in three runs, while Brian Ruditys scored three for the weekend.

The Bobcats and Midshipmen will play a single game on Friday, Mar. 14 at 3 p.m. followed by a doubleheader at 12 p.m. on Saturday, Mar. 15 and finally a single game at 1 p.m. on Sunday, Mar. 16 at Terwilliger Brothers Field at Max Bishop Stadium.
