New Jersey Drive
Quinnipiac (4-2) will face the University of Delaware (6-9) on Tuesday, March 15 at 3 p.m. at Bob Hannah Stadium in Newark, Del. before heading to Sonny Pittaro Field in Lawrenceville, N.J. to face Rider University (5-7) on Wednesday, March 16. The Bobcats also open Northeast Conference play this weekend when they travel to Teaneck, N.J. to face Fairleigh Dickinson.

Making History
Quinnipiac jumped out their best start in the program's Division I history with a 2-1 showing against Richmond in a three-game series this weekend. The Bobcats are currently 4-2 through their first six games, and also posted a three-game win streak against non-conference opponents for the first time in program history.

BARRRRRT
In a three-game series against Richmond, Mike Bartlett (Orange, Conn.) batted a team-high .455 (5-11) with two runs scored while also leading the team with three RBI. Bartlett scored the game-winning run a 6-5, 10 Inning victory on Friday, March 11 against Spiders after going 3-for-5 with a double and two runs scored. On Saturday, March 12 in a 6-4 win, Bartlett was 1-for-4 with two RBI while he also drove in a run as part of a 1-for-2 day, with two walks, on Sunday, March 12 in a 17-4 loss. Bartlett is hitting .375 (9-24) for the year with a team-high five RBI through six games.

Good Showing Rook
In two games played this past weekend, freshman DH Zak Palmer (Mahwah, N.J.) batted .667 (4-for-6) with three RBI and a stolen base. In a 6-5, 10-inning win on Friday, March 11, Palmer went 3-for-3 with a walk while also driving in two runs. He also had a stolen base and a sacrifice. On Sunday, Palmer was 1-for-3 with an RBI.

The Countdown Is On
Ben Farina (Waterford, Conn.) edged closer to becoming the seventh player in Quinnipiac's Division I history to reach the 200-hit mark this weekend. The senior outfielder currently sits at 190 for his career. Farina is hitting .310 (9-29) while leading the team in runs scored (5) and stolen bases (3).

Howdy Kyle
Kyle Nisson (Wallingford, Conn.) sits just behind Mike Bartlett with a .350 (7-20) average with four RBI and four runs scored, as well as a team-best .519 on-base percentage. Nisson has also been hit-by-a-pitch five times in six games.

In The Mick of Time
Mickey Amanti (Waterford, Conn.) is hitting .321 (9-28) with five runs scored.

No Ant Hill
Anthony Cinelli (Wall, N.J.), poised to be a weekend starter once the Bobcats hit NEC play, has had early season success out of the bullpen. Cinelli picked up a win this weekend in the Bobcats' 6-5 extra-inning win after hurling three strong innings. Cinelli is 1-0 with a 1.50 ERA while also converting a save attempt earlier in the year.

Jumbo-tron
In four innings of work out of the bullpen, Andrew Rinaldi (East Rockaway, N.Y.) has struck out six without allowing an earned run.

Youth Movement
Freshman Ryan Walsh (Stamford, Conn.) is 2-for-2 in save attempts early on, holding teams to two hits over 2 2/3 innings pitched.
