With Bryant not yet eligible for the NEC Tournament, it leaves Wagner in first place in the NEC with a record of 11-5. Quinnipiac and Sacred Heart are tied for second place in the NEC with identical 9-7 records, followed by Central Connecticut and Monmouth tied for third at 10-10 each.
Around The League
This weekend will see plenty of fireworks on the NEC skyline as Wagner and Bryant, both tied for first in the standings, square off in Smithfield, R.I., while Quinnipiac faces Monmouth, who sit just behind the Bobcats in the conference standings. Meanwhile, Sacred Heart plays Fairleigh Dickinson, Mount St. Mary's hosts Long Island and Central Connecticut sits idle in league play this weekend.
