Welcome Aboard Mick!
Mickey Amanti picked up his 100th career hit against Brown this week. Amanti became the 54th player in Quinnipiac history and the 26th in the Bobcats' Division I history to record 100 career hits. Amanti is the third Quinnipiac player to reach the 100-hit mark this season, and the fourth active player, joining Ben Farina (Waterford, Conn.), who recorded his 100th hit last season, as well as Brian Monack (Branford, Conn.) and Joe Poletsky (Riverside, Conn.).

He's Starting To Warm Up
Chris Migani's 3-for-5 day against Brown on Tuesday snapped a six-game skid that saw Migani marred in a 2-for-22 slump heading into the game. Migani finished the day with his fifth career homerun, and just the third homerun this season by Quinnipiac. Migani scored twice and drove in two runs.

Bobcats Go-Deep Three Times
Quinnipiac's three homeruns against Dartmouth on Wednesday were the most in a game for the Bobcats since they clubbed four against Fairleigh Dickinson on April 25, 2009. Brian Monack hit two of the three homeruns as he becomes just the third NEC player this season, joining Bryant's Kevin Browne and Central Connecticut State's Tommy Meade, to homer twice in a game.

More Homerun Stuff
Monack and Mickey Amanti both homered in the game for Quinnipiac. The Bobcats four-homerun showing against Fairleigh Dickinson on April 25, 2009 was the last time they had two different players homer int he same game. In that game, it was Monack and Joe Poletsky each homering twice.

Three In A Row
Against Dartmouth, Quinnipiac scored twice in each of the first three innings. It marked just the third time this season that Quinnipiac scored in three consecutive innings. The first time Quinnipiac did it was on March 12 in a loss to William & Mary, while they also did it against Sacred Heart in a win on April 2.
