Quinnipiac men's ice hockey sophomore Zach Davies (Smithers, British Columbia) was featured on InsideCollegeHockey.com's INCH A-Z. Each season, InsideCollegeHockey.com works its way through the alphabet, from A to Z, highlighting players from around the country. Davies joins such former Quinnipiac stand-outs as Ben Nelson, Dan Henningson and Scott Zurevinski.  (full story)

Former Quinnipiac stand-out Eric Lampe has signed with the Syracuse Crunch of the American Hockey League (AHL), the top affiliate of the National Hockey League's (NHL) Anaheim Ducks. The Crunch have not disclosed the terms of Lampe's contract.  (full story)

Quinnipiac University Director of Athletics Jack McDonald has announced that Men's Ice Hockey Head Coach Rand Pecknold has signed a contract extension through the 2014-15 season. Terms of the contract have not been disclosed.  (full story)
