More Than 60 Quinnipiac Student-Athletes Named To Northeast Conference Fall Academic Honor Roll

01/26/10 - Athletic Administration

Quinnipiac University placed 64 players on the 2010 Northeast Conference Fall Academic Honor Roll, announced by the conference office today. Quinnipiac's 64 athletes named rank sixth among the 12 NEC schools and four additional associate schools that play in the NEC football and field hockey conferences. The Quinnipiac field hockey team placed 16 players on the honor roll.  (full story)

Quinnipiac University women's soccer sophomore Furtuna Velaj (Stamford, Conn.) was named to the National Soccer Coaches Association of America's (NSCAA) NCAA Division I Women's All-Northeast Region Third Team.
