Pappas supervises all facets of tennis operations, including the pro staff, and is responsible for organizing junior camps and clinics as well.

In his other spare time, Pappas returned to coaching locally at Cheshire High School and now serves as the head Boys' Varsity Tennis Coach. Pappas coached the Girls' Varsity Tennis program from 1998-2003 and recently resumed duties on the boys' side in 2012. Now with one year under his belt, Pappas organizes practices equipped with customized training programs for match preparation. With Pappas' instruction and guidance, many of his student athletes go on to pursue a career at the collegiate level.

After graduating from Quinnipiac University Law School (2003), Pappas opened his own practice and has an office located in Hamden, Conn.
