Azotam's month was highlighted by a 24-point outburst at Rider University. It was the 13th time in his career that he scored 20 points in a game. A native of Boston, Mass., Azotam continued his stellar play into January by posting huge numbers against Monmouth and Iona. He had 24 points and 16 rebounds against the Hawks and 18 points and 15 rebounds against the Gaels. He leads the MAAC in rebounding at 11 rebounds per game, a statistic that has him tied for sixth in the nation.
